1 General Agreement

These terms and conditions form the official agreement between any user of the pya777 platform (https://pya777.wine) and our services. By accessing the platform at any time, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 One Account Per Person Policy

Each user may only open one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, or opening multiple accounts from the same IP address within a family or group, is a policy violation and all bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided when registering an account — name, contact number, and payment details — must be accurate and complete. Withdrawals from accounts with incorrect information may take longer to process. If fraud is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

Deposits can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Depositing through the wrong channel or from a third party is not allowed. If such a deposit is detected, it will not be refunded and the account may be suspended.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The amount requested for withdrawal must come from funds that have met the wagering requirement.

3.3 Financial Verification

To prevent financial fraud and verify identity, we reserve the right to review any withdrawal. During this process, we may request a copy of your ID and proof of payment.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

At pya777, you can get a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to 300,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 50,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is the bonus amount 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks, which must be played through before the bonus can be withdrawn.

Another example — if you deposit 420,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 720,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount in eligible games. If we detect any attempt to meet the wagering requirement through illegitimate means, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.3 Bonus Eligibility

• Each bonus can only be claimed once.
• Bonuses may be used alongside real money funds.
• We reserve the right to change bonus terms without prior notice.
• While a bonus is active, bonus funds cannot be requested for withdrawal — this is only possible once the wagering requirement has been met.

5 Game Rules

5.1 Winnings and Losses

Any losses incurred during gameplay are the user's own responsibility. We are not liable for losses except those caused by gambling-related financial issues, bonus trading, or a fault in pya777's service.

5.2 Game Dispute Resolution

For game-related issues — such as a game not completing due to a server error — we will review the records and resolve the matter fairly. The game log is the final authority.

5.3 Session Disconnection

If a football match, Live Casino game, or any other game is interrupted due to a server disconnection and cannot be completed, the outcome will be determined based on the actual records.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited. If a violation is found, the account will be closed—

• Multi-accounting — opening additional accounts, by yourself or through a third party, to claim multiple bonuses
• Harmful content — creating or distributing religious, political, or other content on the platform that may harm others

• Unauthorized Access — Attempting to access the platform using unauthorized technical methods
• Software Abuse — Using bots, automation tools, VPNs, or proxies to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay

7 Account Suspension and Termination

pya777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if a breach of terms is detected.

If an account is suspended, the account holder may contact [email protected] to appeal. We will review the appeal and, if no violation is found, the account will be reinstated.

8 Personal Data and Security
